The argument that a spot Bitcoin ETF should not be allowed because the SEC doesnt have the ability to regulate outside exchanges trading it doesnt hold water. Why do you allow a spot gold ETF.? Gold trades around the world and around the clock in many areas unregulated by the SEChell I can even buy gold on eBay.does the SEC regulate the sale of gold on eBay? No they dont.
