NYSE’s Section 302 Rule Amendment Proposal is a mistake. Closed-end funds must hold annual shareholder meetings like all other listed on yahoo finance companies. Whoever suggested no annual meetings should be investigated for fraud as that idea would only benefit managers who would want to limit trading to help themselves.
