The existing system should NOT be changed nor "improved". This will NOT benefit the investor, folks like me. When an organization spends money to "improve" an existing system, it is to make that money back, plus. They are not interested in generating a fair return on the Invester's investment. If this is passed, they'll have free reign to steal, legally, without anyone noticing. I like voting for those running the show. I like knowing who's running the show, and the opportunity to change those folks if I want to vote them out. The voting system is the watchdog.
