I think it would be a travesty to eliminate the annual election of trustees for closed end funds (CEFS). This change would undermine greatly the accountability of trustees, and threaten the rights of all investors. Having annual meetings is a crucial underpinning supporting the voices of all small investors, like myself. Please vote AGAINST this proposal! Thank you.
