As an investor with over 15 years experience investing across CEF I strongly believe being able to hold trustees accountable through annual elections is an important right that must be protected. Removing this mechanism would hurt all stakeholders in the CEF universe as it would significantly reduce the industry's governance standards and overall credibility.
