I am very concerned about this proposed rule change. I am an individual investor that uses CEFs as part of my portfolio strategy. A measure such as this would reduce transparency and accountability and ultimately would not benefit investors such as myself. The argument in favor of the proposed rule change seems to only benefit fund managers and I see very little value to me
