Do not get rid of the requirement that Closed End Funds hold, at a minimum, an annual shareholders’ meeting. Light is the best disinfectant. Transparency unveils truth. Trustees of funds need to face their shareholders periodically for investments to keep a sound footing. Otherwise, there will be rot and decay in value.
