I am very concerned that this change would effectively eliminate shareholder rights to vote to elect directors annually or to submit a proposal for a shareholder vote. This would also really hurt shareholder activism and likely cause discounts to widen. This will impact the many small and retired individual investors that rely on these investments! This change should be denied for these reasons.
