This would be an absolute disaster for individual investors and a boon for unscrupulous, greedy CEF operators. There goes any transparency in a sector that already obfuscates the truth. This will only assist entrenched managers and trustees who act as if federal law does not apply to their closed-end funds. I can't believe they are even contemplating this. A disgrace.
