I am opposed to the proposal to amend Section 302 to eliminate/exempt the Annual Meeting and investor voting requirements for Closed End Funds. All investments (stocks, bond funds, mutual funds, ETFs, and CEFs) should be required to communicate with their investors and have investors vote to make suggestions to and choose trustees / representatives for management.
