Public lands should remain public lands. I do not support the proposed rules amendment and price charge in NYSE-2024-02. These proposals is a gross overstep of duty by those proposing such chages. Public land is not for sale, it is the American citizens property. American citizens rights to public land shall not be infringed upon in any way by secrative amendments.
