Regarding SR-NYSE-2023-34, this is a terrible idea and an affront to those of us who pay taxes to maintain our Public Lands. The Federal Government is merely a caretaker of these lands, they do not own them. What you are doing in this proposal is certainly encouraging the State(s) to take back the Public Lands, and place them under their domain and control. I would fully support this action. The Federal Government appears to be playing politics with a sacred trust granted by the citizens. The SEC & Federal Government is proving to no longer be trustworthy with our National Treasures.
