The following Letter Type L, or variations thereof, was submitted by individuals or entities.

Letter Type L:

I adamantly oppose the proposed rule change to amend the
NYSE-listed company manual to adopt listing standards for Natural
Assest Companies. I do not support or endorse selling off or selling
out the USA. The rights of our land, air & water of our country
should never be owned by or sold to any other foreign country, company
or individual regardless of the intended use or purpose. 
Likewise, any US citizen/company serving as a representative for a foreign
country/company/individual should not be permitted to conduct any
financial transaction that includes the purchase of or rights of
ownership to any
land, water or air of the United States of America or its territories.
