To whom it may concern, To all involved at the SEC: I am urging the SEC to NOT allow the NYSE to list “Natural Asset Companies” or NACs, pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. Unlike other companies, the whole purpose of Natural Asset Companies is to maximize the value of the land by the term "healthy ecosystems". This is not a traditional company that generates profit from traditional activities. Natural Asset Companies could use capital to manage farmland, state parks and mineral areas in order to stop activities such as farming, energy removal, or animal grazing. NAC's could acquire federal land and easements without the landowners consent. This is not right and cannot be allowed in the United States. Please, I urge you again not to allow this to go forward. Sincerely, Misty Wheatley
