Regarding SR-NYSE-2023-09 I have reviewed the Utah treasurer Marlo Oak's comments regarding this proposed rule, because Utah is a state that is at the forefront of managing natural resources for the public good. I echo the treasurers comments urging that Natural Asset companies not be allowed to be created and publicly traded on exchanges. There is no basis to support the "financialization" of our natural resources in this manner. And it will harm and confuse the investing public. --Sam Carr
