To whom it concerns:
I'm very concerned about a rule change before the Securities and Exchange Commission that will empower companies to control our nation's natural resources and public land access.

If the SEC allows NAC's (Natural Asset Companies) to find investors and capital through the stock exchange, these companies will have the financial ability to obtain conservation leases and other ecological performance rights to prevent any uses they deem unsuitable on public lands.

This in essence takes control of our public lands out of the public domain and puts it in the hands of a small powerful minority. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Please block this blatant attempt to control our priceless resources!
