Subject: File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09 SEC no to NACs on the NYSE!

To whom it may concern:
Please do NOT allow Natural Asset Companies to be listed on the New York Stock Exchange. It is unacceptable to allow NACs that make up theoretical monetary systems and to directly contradict the whole purpose of our economy (to manage resources in a way that increases their real value for investors, the market, and humanity overall). NACs are open about their religious beliefs (climate justice) and their purpose to "protect" the planet at any cost (including significant harm to humanity---"depopulation" is a good thing to them). The United States at its core loves humanity---as does capitalism. Do not allow capitalism to be used against itself and against our nation!

I live in Montana where we have many "charitable" organizations that are playing political hardball against our farming and ranching communities---destroying generations, legacies, families, and those communities by purchasing land in order to separate it from human beings. Not only are those family farms and ranches a heart-rending loss, but the good they provide to our nation is lost with them. We all lose--the food security; the investment in and improvement in the land; the communities they build and serve; the generations of skill, work ethic, and deep knowledge of the land; the tight and unified families/neighbors whose lives intertwine and lift each other; the local communities/schools/quality of life; and so much more. DO NOT ALLOW NATURAL ASSET COMPANIES to access capital through the New York Stock Exchange--it is suicidal for our economy and the American people.

Thank you for your service to our nation,
Carly
