Ladies and Gentlemen,
Please oppose the proposed rule change that would allow Natural Asset Companies to freely trade on the NYSE, listing national lands and natural resources that should belong to no individuals and allowing special interest groups to manipulate and control them for political purposes. This rule change would affect public lands and resources, but would also back door control of private land and resources as designated ecosystems. This rule change is patently unconstitutional and is opposed by at least 25 State Attorneys General. It is time to end the growing control of America by globalists and radicalized special interests. I strongly oppose - SR-NYSE-2023-09 and the proposed Rule for Section 102.09: Natural Asset Companies.
