This proposed new type of company is just wrong and a bad idea. I am very apposed to this and strongly suggest that it be scrapped. This is not good for America and property owners. Please do not enact this proposed plan to sell air rights and stop farm production. I am also contacting my state leaders to stop this reckless plan. Sincerely, Kimberly Moor
