To Whom It May Concern, The proposed rule of Natural Asset Companies is a new way to allow foreign investors or companies to take over American properties and lands. Foreign companies who want to see our country’s downfall. Since farms are included, there is no doubt there will be a negative impact on the food supply also. These types of companies will do nothing for the environment but everything to exploit for their own gains. These companies should not be allowed to be created. Thank you, Anne Barlow
