Dear Security and Exchange Commission, I writing with concerns of the proposed Rule for Section 102.09: Natural Asset Companies, allowing them to be developed. As a Montanan, we could be greatly impacted with the Missouri Headwaters Conservation Area proposal seeking to transform nearly 5.8 million acres into a national wildlife refuge via conservation easements on private land. This is a huge land grab that would take away use of Montana's natural resources. Please withdraw this proposal. Dana Gentry [REDACTED]
