National Asset Companies should not be approved. It would deny private property rights and the freedom to use that property for building a livelihood. The NAC would have final say regarding land use.
If the property’s ecosystem is controlled by the NAC the property is essentially taken from the land owner. Constitutionally we are guaranteed the right to own property which is necessary to life, liberty and the
pursuit of happiness. How can this be legal for a private company to take control of someone's property? How can the SEC allow for this tyranny. Public or private how can it be called anything else? Have you
counted the cost of approving what these NACs do? Please do not approve these rule changes.
