Good Day, I have recently learnt about this rule change to allow NACs to purchase public land. I am not an American but I want to stand with them to show my disgust that you even consider this. The American people own the public land it is not yours to sell and I believe you are doing this as you can see some profit in it for the NAC’s and perhaps some of those who are proposing this and to hell with the constitutional rights of the American people. Those of you in the SEC who will not profit from this rule change must surly see that it wrong in all aspects and should not be done. It will lead to the ruination of public land and the exclusion of the American people from their own lands. This is not about environmental concerns, it’s money only. Regards, Peter Phillips.
