To all involved at the SEC: I am urging the SEC to NOT allow the NYSE to list "Natural Asset Companies" or NACs, pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. If this rule is allowed to be approved, this will be a disaster for the American People. Just another in the long line of Big Government, Authoritarian Domination Schemes to control the American People, their Wealth via ESG and their Private Property Rights. Including the opportunity for foreign governments to own NACs. This is BAD POLICY!
