Dear Sirs and Madams, As a private citizen I am unalterably opposed to the creation of Natural Asset Companies. The loss of control and oversight of public lands through this mechanism is an unacceptable loss of citizen influence and control over our public lands, not to mention the possibility that foreign entities might obtain some degree of oversight of these lands. Setting aside questions of who benefits and whose motives underly this initiative, the loss of citizen control over public lands is unacceptable. This proposal must be opposed and denied.
