Subject: File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09 Asking the SEC NOT TO ALLOW NACs

To all involved at the SEC:
I am urging the SEC not to allow the NYSE to list “Natural Asset Companies,” or NACs, pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09.
NACs would mean natural assets can be controlled by elites using environment preservation claims and make-believe accounting measures to deprive the public of what belongs to the public. Removing control of natural assets from their owners is theft, and the SEC should not enable theft.
The SEC is supposed to ensure the markets are free and fair for everyone and preserve the interests of all legitimate investors. Do the right thing, and not what is pushed politically and driven by manipulative elites. Do not allow NACs access to our capital markets via NYSE listings or by any other means.

Thank you for your consideration.
