SEC & Senators, As a landowner in Texas, I am writing to you to STRONGLY oppose SR-NYSE-2023-09. The Natural Asset Companies would devastate private property ownership in the United States. This would also negatively affect the economy of my county in Texas. Additionally, this “product” is illegal and unconstitutional.
