Subject: File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09 Asking the SEC to NOT ALLOW NACs

To all involved at the SEC:

I am urging the SEC to not allow the NYSE to list Natural Asset Companies (NACs), pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. NACs are a new type of company that are irregular and require much scrutiny. They also employ their own type of accounting system according to NACs, IEGs Chairman and CEO. They seek to use the money of others, including that obtained through the capital market, to buy the ability to control or “manage” productive public and private land and other natural resources. Those controlling these companies, very possibly institutions outside of our country, can remove productivity of assets impacting our ability to generate and access energy, critical minerals, water, and food.

SEC is supposed to make sure the markets are free and fair for everyone and have the interest of all investors at heart. Do not allow NACs to access our capital market through NYSE listings or otherwise.

Thank you for your consideration
