Please oppose, do not approve, the proposed formation of National Asset Corporations. These are a terrible idea that will infringe upon private property rights and may be considered illegal and unconstitutional. I am sure that legal battles will ensue if this is approved and will tie up the formation of these companies for decades. Don’t do it! Thank you, Curtis J. Papke [REDACTED]
