as a natural born citizen and a prospector miner, i 110% oppose SR-NYSE-2023-9...any legislation that infringes on the 1872 mining law is illegal and unconstitutional..foriegn countrys have no buisness on public lands that the american citizens own..thank you, daniel shaw
