This is the biggest scam I've ever encountered! Companies will buy and sell "natural assets" like air, water, land, etc with the sole purpose of environmental protection. Imagine someone says they have "purchased" the air above your farm, and believe your cows are farting too much and affecting the air quality. So they shut down your farm! It's already happening but allowing it to be traded publicly would open the door for major wealth production based on lies.
