To All Involved at the SEC, I urge the SEC not to allow the NYSE to list "Natural Asset Companies", or "NACS", pursuant to file number SR-NYSE-2023-09. These NACs are seeking to remove productivity of natural assets in order to achieve some type of "climate justice". It sounds as if this move would benefit only themselves. There are just too many ways in which foreign governments and foreign entities could gain control of the resources of the United States. Again, respectfully, do not allow this.
