Subject: File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09 Asking the SEC to NOT ALLOW NACs

I have recently become aware of a group's endeavor to introduce a novel business entity known as a "Natural Asset Company," aiming to exert control over the airspace above private properties. Notably, they propose a unique form of accounting that shifts focus from conventional profitability measures to assessing "ecosystem services," raising concerns.
The group's intention to go public and secure capital has raised suspicions about the true nature of this enterprise, which resembles more of a protection scheme. It appears that individuals may be required to pay the so-called owners of airspace above their properties, under the threat of closure for political reasons. This poses a potential threat to the fundamental right to private property, a cornerstone of American prosperity, by circumventing established laws safeguarding property rights.
This initiative seems to be an attempt to sidestep existing legal frameworks, as indicated by the Chairman of IEG, who expressed a desire for a private-sector approach independent of policies, taxes, regulations, or philanthropy. (Source: Link)
Considering the potential adverse impact on the U.S. economy and property rights, I urge the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to deny the request for access to capital markets. This proposal raises serious concerns about its implications for both individual property owners and the broader legal landscape.
