I am urging the SEC to NOT allow the NYSE to list “Natural Asset Companies” or NACs, pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. Please don't give away people pursuit of happiness for company greed for environmental offsets. The air above my fields was part of my land purchase and the air rights were included in that transaction. No one else can just take my air rights. Selling the air right and carbon offsets above my property is theft. I earned and own my own carbon offsets.
