I am contacting you to urge the SEC to not allow the NYSE to list Natural Asset Companies or NAC’s pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. The constant effort to financialize natural resources to the detriment of the people of the US is abhorrent! If this is ever allowed to happen, you might as well start listing “ocean front property, in the mid- west” on the Exchange,because that is no more insane! No words can describe what an affront to the foundational rights of the citizens of the US this will be! Hopefully you can see the sad utterly disastrous move this would be!
