To the SEC Staff involved in this potential decision (Natural Asset Companies) Please do NOT allow the NYSE to list “Natural Asset Companies” or NACs, in any way, shape or form. NACs, by their own definition, seek to manipulate the capital markets for a political objective and bring nothing of value to the citizens of the United States. In point of fact, they may actually "take" from the Citizens of the United States by selling off the rights to use land within our nation. Then again, NAC's may buy land and 'lock it up for saving' (and tax savings) across the world whether the citizens of the Country support it. Please do not allow NACs to access our capital markets via NYSE listings or otherwise. The whole concept is an illusion of a 'company' with a 'mystically politically correct" non-use / land grabbing tax scheme for the uber wealthy/hedge funds.
