I will be brief and succinct. The SEC absolutely should NOT allow the NYSE to list NACs pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. NACs appear to be an outrageous and unconstitutional gambit to control public and private property and it absolutely must be stopped. Sincerely, Kim Ellard
