To all involved at the SEC: I am urging the SEC to NOT allow the NYSE to list "Natural Asset Companies" or NACs, pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. I do not think this is in the best interest of the American people. This would turn land ownership on its head and would possibly allow people from other countries to restrict what we could do with our land. This could impact our food, energy and water and place our country in danger. Please do not allow Natural Asset Companies. Thank you for your consideration. Anne Wankel
