I am very much opposed to the creation of Natural Asset Company provisions as a business entity. I urge the SEC to reject the proposal outright. This type of company, if permitted would allow international companies and governments to take permanent control of large portions of farm land, natural resources and real estate in the US. US citizens could be restricted from using it as never before. Enabling this type of entity would be an unprecedented betrayal of trust which your agency is given in its responsibiity to regulate financial markets.
