I learned about the opportunity to comment from a news article on the internet. I would like to state that Presidential Orders are being used way too much and have over reached their authority when it comes to items that should be addressed formally before Congress. This formation of organizations that would carve up the Physical Assets and Natural Resources of the US is certainly unconstitutional and should be stopped before our adversaries own more land than the people of this Country. I would ask that the Supreme Court in its current configuration be asked to review the legality of this ruling and that all work on it be stopped until Congress and the entire population of this nation has an opportunity to fully understand the proposal in detail over a period of several years, with pubic debates, town halls and legal reviews so all will know its impact on our Nation. This move is obviously designed to bring this Country to a tragic end. May God have Mercy on the US Citizens that would be robbed by the President and his Administration of our futures through Executive Orders.
