This proposed rule is an unconstitutional power grab that would steal our (my) natural resources for the increased wealth of big corperations and even foreign enemies! What in God’s name are you thinking? I own my property AND I have no trouble managing the air over it! Not one ounce of American “air” should EVER be managed by communist China or any foreign government, or any American investor. I object strongly to this!
