To whom it may concern at the SEC, I am contacting you to urge the SEC to NOT ALLOW the NYSE to list “Natural Asset Companies” or NACs, pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09. I'm an investor and a citizen of the United States. I believe in free markets. Allowing NAC's will do nothing but allow right and powerful individuals and foreign countries to manipulate our markets. This CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be allowed to happen. The fact that the SEC is even considering this is concerning especially since creator of these harmful “NACs”, IEG’s Chairman & CEO, said, “We created a new accounting system, which we called Statements of Ecological Performance, which account for the flow of ecosystem services in financial terms.” We can not allow NAC's to be listed.
