Comments on proposed NAC due Jan 18th. The attached articles explain that on Sept 29 the govt proposed stop the sale of our sovereign assets. The sale of these assets implies that "others"; can own our natural resources. Meaning WE are banned from drilling our own resources but foreign owners CAN? Conservation easements can be enrolled without notifying the owners of ranch or farmland sold! Stop the attack on all US assets and private property!
