Subject: File No. NYSE-2023-09 Asking the SEC to NOT ALLOw NACs

To all involved at the SEC:

I am urging the SEC to PLEASE not allow the NYSE to list “Natural Asset Companies” or NACs, pursuant to File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09.

The continued effort to subvert the legal system by financializing productive natural outcomes seems disastrous for the Free Market America that I have grown up in and should not be promoted or tolerated.

NACs seek to use other peoples money for the ability to control productive public and private land and natural resources. I feel they are not seeking to manage these with good intentions or to make a profit for their investors.

The focus of the SEC to to PROTECT investors! I feel this move is political. Please let’s have ONE thing in America that can’t be corrupted because of politics!

Thank-you for your time and consideration.
