I am strongly opposed to SR-NYSE-2023-09 regarding Natural Asset Companies being publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. This is an attempt to circumvent the U.S. Constitution through a public/private partnership. The Fifth Amendment of the United States Constitution protects property rights through its Due Process Clause and Takings Clause. The Due Process Clause states that no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law. Only the U.S. Congress has the authority to change laws with respect to individual property rights. Please do not allow wealthy special interests like the Rockefeller Foundation to take away our lands merely for the sake of huge profits.
