Re: Proposed Rule Change to Amend the New York Stock Exchange Listed Company Manual to Adopt Listing Standards for Natural Asset Companies – File Number SR- NYSE-2023-09 I am extremely opposed to this rule change(SR- NYSE-2023-09), it is an obvious constitutional workaround that would give enormous power to corporations, bureaucrats, and politicians who have positioned themselves to profit off of the climate change industry/movement. This is not constitutional, this is a matter within the purview of the legislative branch(not a regulatory entity), although I’m positive something as oppressive as this would never pass the house and senate.
