I recently became aware of this. I would ask that you not approve this takeover of our "air". This is a complete violation of the Constitution. This needs to be run through Congress. How can anyone own the air above land! The American people have a right to own land and do with it as they wish. There is nowhere that it states that air is for sale or that anyone can dictate how one uses their land. Please do not approve this action. Thank you! Katherine Kula Idaho Falls, ID
