Conservation cannot be achieved by taking the land away from the U.S. Citizens and taxpayers. The Natural Asset Companies look to monetize the unmonetizable and this just leaves too much room for interpretation and misuse. This will add to energy insecurity through no use or subject the these lands to foreign entities. No use or land that is left fallow will not improve there will be no upcycle by livestock the most beneficial process. At what point are the public lands no longer public?
