I am submitting my comment on the SEC’s proposed rule to establish Natural Asset Companies. I am completely against such a ruling to establish natural asset companies! The SEC’s new rule will allow foreign-controlled entities to manage agricultural, recreational, and energy extraction lands in our state which must not happen! The United States is united as a sovereign nation! The proposed rule threatens the private property rights, energy production capabilities, and recreational interests of all citizens! It doesn’t matter what state this would happen in since we as citizens get our energy, our food and our recreation from many different states despite where we live! You need to see this for what it is, an attempt by countries outside the USA to own our most valuable assets! Our governing bodies as well as our regulatory agencies simply cannot sell its own citizens down the road! We need our national security and one of the ways to achieve that is to keep our national and local resources owned solely by it’s citizens!
