Subject: File No. SR-NYSE-2023-09 Please, as an American living under American values, I urge the SEC to not now or ever allow "Natural Asset Companies" (NACs) on the New York Stock Exchange. The concept of NACs is, at the very least, unconstitutional in the U.S. and depletes the Fair Market of its abilities as NACs corrupt the entire economy. This is one evil idea, and I strongly urge the SEC not to allow NAC tentacles to have any way to wrap their weapons around our established capitalist system or investors. Thank you.
